Dolphin have been around for years. I've never bought anything from them but I would be happy to deal with them.0

I've bought from them a few times, although checking back not since 2006. They used to be an internet only company, but now have at least one shop in Liverpool. Good prices and good service the last time I used them.

Dolphin used to have shops in Liverpool and Huddersfield (I think) but closed last year. They were bought out as far as I remember and are now on-line only so they do not have any shops anymore.
I visited the Liverpool shop a few times and the staff there were excellent. Haven't used them since being on-line only though.0 -
I see they were bought out last year and the shops were closed in May, so my experiences from 2006 and earlier are probably not really relevant!0

I am waiting nearly a month for my bass amp. After they took my money they informed me that item is out of stock ant I will have to wait extra week. After extra week they promised me a freebe as apologise and promised that I will have my amp by Friday. That was Friday was nearly 2 weeks ago. I wrote a few more emails replied with some excused. When I mentioned cancelling the order they stopped replaying to my emails.
After 4 weeks I am poorer by a few hundred quid and still without the amp.0 -
Both me and the OH have made several purchases from Dolphin and they've always been pretty fantastic with us to be fair.Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0

Yeah I have bought from Dolphin before. I got a NI Kontrol S2 when it wasn't on offer, 2 weeks later the price dropped by about £130. They offered me a credit note to purchase anything I wanted which was very kind of them. I bought a set of KRK Rokit 8s too. All paid via finance, all paid off.
Great company to purchase from.0
