hi guys,,my endowments are due to mature in 6 years ,i have about £50,000 profit on my house,at the moment,I have MS and do not work,but get benefits,DLA etc,I am in need of a down stairs loo,,need to build a little extension,for it,do we think I could get a morgage to do this,,ty for ur replies

th ot suggested that,but we really like where we stay,and the house we live in,,but in the sensible world yes,it probably would,but back to same problem would i get the morgage,bungalows in council housing are few0 -
Why don't you first look into whether you would qualify for a grant towards the work from the local council as you are disabled, if you haven't already done so?The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
