A couple of House Price Graphs

If I knew how to copy them over here I would but as I can't I thought these two graphs were interesting:

The house prices versus average earnings must be skewed surely as there are so many more joint earners in households - no?

    Well he is probably the only one who posts rubbish in that circumstance but some of the top quality posters have more thanks than posts.
