i borrowed £500 on 01/02/2011. the loan was supposed to have been paid up the next month as i was informed later. i have paid £1 ,335,00 to date. they say i still have £486 to pay.i keep asking why?what can I do. I am full time student. I used my cousin's wife as my guarantor. we about to fallout because every time she get messages if i do not pay on time.please help .i feel cheated

Do you know if you were sold insurance with the loan (Payment protection insurance) PPI?
If you do not know if maybe worth checking the loan agreement, and you may have ground for a ppi reclaim/refund, because with you being a full time student at the time of taking it out, and if they did add on ppi, you would not have been eligible to make a claim for unemployment etc.The one and only "Dizzy Di"
