Pay taxes in Norway, live in UK

I am now thinking of making enough contributions to the UK as well as keeping up payments in Norway, are the pensions guaranteed to still be in place in 40 years though? I am nearly 29 years old.
They have a fully funded state penson invested in a sovereign wealth fund, we have a 'ponzi' scheme state pension relying on future taxpayers. I know which I'd rather rely on.
I've been giving serious thought to working over there again once my 30 years is up (in 4 years time) and building up at leats another 15 years pension rights. If I stay in the UK, those 15 years will be wasted as I will already have a full pension.0
