I don't have any problems paying my bills, our credit cards have zero interest and we tend to repay on chunks. However recently paid for expensive holiday and some other large purchase. At interest free and prolly have repaid in a matter of months.

Anyone else want to have a pop at an innocent question?

More than happy to help and advise you. Though will only work if you are willing to listen and take the comments made on board. If you believe that we're being judgemental that's fine. I'd prefer to spend my time helping someone who wants to get out of the hole they've dug for themselves. We all make mistakes through our lifetimes. The only difference being that some people learn from them and move on. Others are to intransigent to change. Lenders see the same in credit profiles.
