Is the receipt of this form a good indication of early discharge? I read on another forum that people had been discharged 40 - 50 days after submission.
Any thoughts?

Apparently this is true although I have a long time left for mine :-(0

If it`s true and we get discharged in 50 days, that will be a maximum of 5 an a half months:j
Now that would be a major result - especially if we have no IPA imposed.

The shortest time I have heard of was 22 weeks, so you are doing well!
The OR still have time to start an IPA, but fingers crossed you will escape!0 -
What does IPOQ stand for?0

Sorry - its an Income Payments Order Questionnaire . Basically an up to date statement of income and expenditure to enable the OR to decide what happens next. A very simple form with about 8 boxes to fill stating Ins and Outs. It has to be returned within 14 days to allow the process towards early discharge to take place if approved.

Looks like you could be the first one of us over the winning line

Hey guys,
I received an IPOQ, but only because the OR's office misplaced the signed IPA acceptance form I'd sent them...are we talking about the same form, as surely receiving an Income Payment ORDER Questionnare means that the OR is taking the matter to court to decide the amount you pay??
I may have lost the plot here - too much paperwork lol!!
In my case once I'd spoken to the ORs office I was told to discard the IPOQ as they would just find the IPA form I'd sent in, or ask me to do another one, and go ahead with that (the original IPA agreed). Have I just done myself out of an early discharge???? Doh!!

I get the impression that they only have one form!!
We have not had anything about an IPA but have today received another letter telling us that our cases are going to a trustee shortly. I think this is purely to administer assets and is an indication that any investigation is over:j1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42
