I'm glad to see that this doesn't seem to be a faker, i was just wondering though can you no just make up a number and hope it fools them into thinking its a o2 number.

One more thing, how do you do a search on companies to see if they are legitimit?

html looks genuine enough, seems to actually be doing something rather than just storing etc.
plus above ppost from rogue_element seems to reinforce this..

Ive tried 3 o2 numbers and none worked for me.

Nope. I tried two genuine O2 numbers, neither worked :o
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
  • Yeah you could make up a number, but i know that it doesnt let you use it twice.
I could post some numbers on here which and ones around them which might work, but tht wouldnt really be fair to the people who actually own those numbers... :-D

I cant see the point of these unless I am missing something in the T&C'S

Why have a PAYG that you HAVE to top up with a minimum £10 each month to maintain it.... if you don't do that will they simply disconnect you?...

I thought the whole idea of PAYG was to give you no frills...relatively cheap mobile tariff...and you only top up when you actually need to.... for many they may take months to use £10 up. :(
  • I got my daughter one of these Sims a few months ago.
We top it up with the Tenner, she uses the 300 free text messages for the 30 days they are valid, then uses the tenner, or whatever is left until it runs out, normally about a month. Although we won't top it up until a month anyway, this way the tenner you top up with lasts two months.
Before this o2 sim we were topping up her phone with a tenner a month.

Well i put on £10 about every 3 months, and i still get my free texts every month.

Im not sure why this happens, i think providing you dont use all your credit and dont exceed the 300 texts in a single month then its okay.

I last topped up about 6 weeks ago, before that it was about 3 months previous.

Since i dont use this phone to ring often, its ideal.
