    I have to disagree on many levels.
    They target the people least able to afford them
    They tend to ignore many OFT guidelines
    Some of them automatically rollover your loan so then APR is very relevant
    They target students etc
    They all claim to be responsible lenders....well that is just blantantly not true, why would you lend someone in a dmp with debts of 40K any money at all let alone £750
    They do not communicate with each other
    If someone defaults the penalty charges are huge and illegal but by the very nature of the business many of these people are least able to use the law to challenge them
    Need i go on.
