Kumala Make Time for You Promotion

This instant win promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, CI and IoM who are aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Accolade Wines Limited, their families and agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
To enter the promotion, go to www.kumala.com and visit the promotion page in the website and submit your name, email and postal address and complete the online scratch card game and you will immediately be notified if you have won a prize.
No purchase is necessary.
The promotion is open from 1st April 2012 and will close when 100,000 scratch card games have been played. The closing date will be no later than the 31st July 2012. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.
Only one entry per household is allowed and any additional entries will not be considered or responded to at all
Prize details: There are 25 winner prizes available. The winners will receive the prize of a gardener or cleaner for a year. There are 6,800 runner up prizes available. The runner up prizes are Amazon Kindles, Amazon Kindle e-book credits and a selection of yearly magazine subscriptions.
The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
The winners will be randomly selected and notified immediately through a pop up screen notifying you that you are a winner. A follow up email will be sent providing the winners and runner-ups with prize details.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, however if the prize is not claimed by this date, alternative winners will be selected from all the remaining valid entries received by the closing date.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
For the promotion winners name and county of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope after 30 August 2012 marked “Kumala Make Time For You” to Accolade Wines Ltd, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.
The winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the promotion and consent to his/her name, photographs, and entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter. By entering the Promotion you agree to give the Promoter and its group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of your entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the promotion and by entering the promotion you agree to us transferring your data to our promotional partners to enable the awarding of winning prizes.
