Hi, a friend of mine has been left by her partner and father of there children. They lost there house and business in the crash. Shes in nearl £180000 worth of debt, and the creditors are happy with the payment plan set up. But santandar who she owes £7500 have sold her debt on and the new owner of the debt are not happy with the payment plan and asking for more money. She has no more a month as she is an unemployed mother of 3. Any help would be well recived. Thanks

If she has no more money to pay, then honestly the debt collectors are just going to have to "lump it".
With £180,000 of debt and no assets to protect, then they are damn lucky to get anything as sounds like she could quite easily go bankrupt if she decided that was best, and then owe them nothing.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
