Hi all,
I have a credit card with capitol one which started with a balance of 3k ( I lost my job ) this was a few years ago, now the balance is 6k.I was paying £100 a month ( interest frozen) so I sent a letter for the statements ( enclosing £10 ) to check on all the charges.I have looked over the statements and NO PPI payment is showing. Just an amount I paid every month.Since asking for the details they have sent it to a debt collector as well.Should I ask for the agreement or would the PPI show on the statements as a separate payment ?
Please help, I feel they are bullying me

So, in summary,
You didnt know if you had PPI or not. Your statements show you dont have PPI and you have wasted £10 on finding that out. You are now thinking or wasting more money on asking for the agreement to tell you something you already know. You dont have it.
It is a monthly payment taken off just like any other transaction. If its not on the statement, you dont have it.Please help, I feel they are bullying me
At the moment, it looks like you are trying to bully them with your requests.

...Your statements show you dont have PPI ...
Which is a shame because if they had purchased PPI they may have been able to claim on it when they first became unemployed."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Oh well not to worry, thank you premier
