Bank Statement regarding PPI

Hi all,

I have a credit card with capitol one which started with a balance of 3k ( I lost my job ) this was a few years ago, now the balance is 6k.I was paying £100 a month ( interest frozen) so I sent a letter for the statements ( enclosing £10 ) to check on all the charges.I have looked over the statements and NO PPI payment is showing. Just an amount I paid every month.Since asking for the details they have sent it to a debt collector as well.Should I ask for the agreement or would the PPI show on the statements as a separate payment ?
Please help, I feel they are bullying me

    So, in summary,
You didnt know if you had PPI or not. Your statements show you dont have PPI and you have wasted £10 on finding that out. You are now thinking or wasting more money on asking for the agreement to tell you something you already know. You dont have it.

It is a monthly payment taken off just like any other transaction. If its not on the statement, you dont have it.

At the moment, it looks like you are trying to bully them with your requests. ;)

Which is a shame because if they had purchased PPI they may have been able to claim on it when they first became unemployed.
