I recently sold an item and shipped to Spain via UPS.
The buyer contacted me via email - (in Spanish) to say item not received I had given UPS all details stated on his delivery address on his pay pal transaction, tracked it each day and then it came back incomplete address details, I contacted buyer who then gave me a completely different delivery address to the original and now the item has been returned to me.
Question is do I refund P&P as this was not my fault and will leave me £26.00 out of pocket.
I am fully prepared to refund the amount he won the item, I just dont see why I should pay for his error.
Any advice would be brilliant I am quite concerned.

You should refund all the amount but if your ebay post states P&P not refundable then dont although he could dispute it via pp.0

Of course you don't refund P&P.
It's the buyers responsibilty to give the correct postal address not yours.
Ebay and PayPal should have a log of address changes but if you have screenshots of the delivery address as you've received it then it will help you case.
I'd also contact eBay for assistanceMinds are like parachutes - they only function when open.
