    I assume your Husband is also on the mortgage so absolutely not.

    he is moving out and i will be paying the morgage..i was just wondering if i could continue to pay the morgage but have him removed from the deeds..thanks

    Afraid not, you would need to get a new mortgage elsewhere or his name removed on your existing mortgage and then get a solicitor to remove his name

    I don't think you can just remove people's name from the 'title deeds' irrespective of whether there is a mortgage or not. Not without their consent at least.
