constructive dismissal help

Hi
I believe that I may have a case for constructive dismissal as my former employer broke six employment legislations that I can think of over the past six months and then advised me to leave - partly I think because I tried to stick up for myself. I went to the CAB a year ago on a different matter and they said they were not able to give me legal help as I had too high an income, also I am not in a union (can't believe I've made the mistake of not joining yet again) so I'm just posting this thread to see if anyone knows where I can get legal help and how much this might cost me.
Thank you

well, you get legal help from a solicitor, but we can't say how much they will charge.
I'm not sure if there are no-win, no fee ones working in employment law, you could have a look.
Also some people have legal expenses cover on their home insurance, have a check there.
How long did you work for your employer. did you actually resign or were you dismissed?Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0 -
Thank you - I've now found a law firm on google - I'll just contact them.0
