Desperate help needed with NDR money

Hi everyone, I really need some help with these people. My husband and I owe money to several creditors and many have accepted our pro-rata agreement, based on our own DMP.
NDR money however aren't budging. We have 9 accounts with them between us, all catalogues. I have sent them so many letters and it's got to the point where I don't want to send out another 9 letters as it costs a small fortune in stamps! It has been 2 years since we first started reduced payments and every month we get a letter from each account saying it's not enough. With one account, which I owe the most on, they have put £2,000 interest on in the last 2 years and I'm paying £53 a month. I just went to make a payment and saw that last month they put £205 on in interest. It's so disheartening because I don't want to keep giving them every bit of my spare money when they are adding 4 times the interest on and not listening to me.
I don't want to go on an official dmp with a company as my other creditors have accepted and are happy with the repayments. Every time we do a review of our budget (every 6 months) we have to pay all creditors less because we owe so much more.
Can anyone offer any advice? I've read the next step could be stopping all payments (or reducing payments to token payments) and then waiting for them to take us to court but I really don't want to go to court.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi all!
I have 'Very' 'Littlewoods' 'Kays' and 'Jacamo', all taken out when I was in full-time employment. I was paying them back over £400 a month between them; as at that time I could well afford to! However, since a lot of knee-problems and being off work for the last 8 months (back now part-time) I could not afford the repayments and my accounts lapsed. Like all of you I had the usual letters and copious amounts of phone-calls per day from these company's (so I changed my number - ha!). I carried on making small payments to each of them every month, to what I could afford, but it wasn't acceptable of courseThen came the 'NDR' letters!!!! They never had my phone number so I never had to put up with them calling me all day and evening (thankfully as it drives you insane). But I did call them when I was back to work and explained my situation that I have had problems with my knees and operations and been off work a lot, and now I am back I am on part-time hours and lower pay. I agreed £35 to £40 a month with two of the accounts but they would not accept that amount on the Littlewoods account, as I owe them around £1, 600! Yes I totally accept it is my debt and I will quite rightly pay it back, but they want no less than £91 a month :O At first they insisted £199 a month! I said this was totally impossible as I also have 3 other home-catalogue accounts to clear! They then said if they broke it down to 20 payments it would be £91 a month and they can accept no less! Well I had to agree didn't I as they threatened me with court cases and more £12 bloody charges!!!!!!!!!!! They did clear the recent £12 charges (wow thanks, not!). Anyway I have agreed to the £91 as it worried me, I do not want a court-case hanging over my head! Yes they are bullies and so unsympathetic to people! I told them this was going to almost break my bank! I have the usual outgoings like everyone, council-tax, rent, electric, gas......food! I want to just know this: Can they actually take you to court and enforce bailiffs on you? Or are they just bullying you? They did tell me that if I struggle to make the £91 a month I can go through DMP, "Pffffffffffffffft!". I was hoping for them to accept about £40 a month max! I admit I am weak when it comes to someone on the phone demanding money and threatening action, I am all of a quiet life! But this was just a case of my circumstances changing and there was nothing I could do about this. How far will they actually go, please help! I also have a Next account I am paying £47 a month too!
Thanks in advance for any advice!
