Anyone know when the £1 books will be in stores, I've been checking my local tescos and woolies, but have't seen any or have I missed out again? Did last year! My DD goes to nursery tomorrow so hoping she gets a token too! Thanks for the info OP though!

I found them in Woolies yesterday there was a display by the tills (not by the books! I almost missed them, and they didn't have the full range of free books). I had to ask in Waterstones as there was no sign of them- they hadn't got round to putting them out (The got me one from the basement, and didn't have the full range of books either).

The redemption period only started yesterday - so I imagine there are lots of free books left. Most preschools give the tokens out on World Book Day itself which is the 1st March.

ps Incidentally, if anyone wants the full version of Incy Wincy Spider PM me and I'll send you the many unknown (and some gruesome) verses!

Thanks for that, I shall ask in my woolies, I noticed the tesco website says the world book day books are £2.68 rather than £1, so as I'm going shopping tomorrow I shall ask in there too. My little girl only goes on wednesdays so I hope she doesn't miss out.
    Thanks Again Mimosa

Thanks - I didn't know that Sainsburys were stocking them: so far I've found the free books in:
Waterstones, Woolworths, WHSmith, and now Sainsburys.
Anyone found them in any other stores??
