Can you trust online shopping?: Questionnaire looking at online shopping and trust

Hi,

I'm in my final year at uni doing a research paper on attitudes and behaviours surrounding online trust and purchasing.

I would be grateful if you could complete a questionnaire which will take 5mins. It's open to those who do and do not use the internet for shopping.

All done - I agree with Tamsyn though - I mainly use the Internet for work - I put this down as 'Educational' - the closest there was!

Thank you for doing the questionnaire - you've all been most helpful!

The options available for the question What do you use the Internet for were adapted from an ONS survey, but I will brea your comments in mind when I reflect on the research process.

We must also bear in mind that the survey is around online shopping, therefore implies that the uses are of recreation rather than business use. My emphasis was usage at home rather than at the work place.
