hi all,
i have en away from here for a while ...
here is the story me and my partner both full time employed
we are currently on a debt plan owe £22,000 and earn £1960 joint pm
we pay £123 towards debt plan .. we have no other debts and are looking to buy a home of £95000

Im not aware of any lenders who would give you a mortgage to be honest.

What are your gross annual incomes?
How much of the £95k do you need to borrow and how much deposit do you have?
What are the underlying entries on your credit files?

we could raise the min deposit needed which atm i think is 10k
debt plan started in 2010
2 defaults others in agreement to pay0 -
