In mine we had - glow sticks, willy whistle and straw, party poppers, love hearts, some earrings (and my outfit), deodorant, paracetamol, a shot and some small embarrassing bits for me. Everyone really enjoyed them, and they didn't cost a lot for my CBM to make.
I'm not sure about gifts though as i would never have expected one or thought to give one.:DStolen the OH's account so it's Jenna - not Neil:D0 -
I did bags for my friend's hen do last week. We had willy whistles, willy straws, popping candy, gel pads for your feet, face jewels, shot glasses, hen party badges and a glow bracelet. Have you tried ebay? I got mine from a seller who got everything and I just needed to put it in the bags. It worked out cheaper than if I did it myself.0

Can i ask which ebay seller you used please?:heart2::heart2: Bride to be - 30 June 2012:heart2::heart2:0

She has a big list of things that you can choose 8 items from, so you can personalise it a bit more. She also personalises your bags with your hen's name, date, etc but it takes a bit longer to get them if you choose that.0 -
When I organised my friends hen do a couple of years ago, I made partybags for everyone too. I got lots of bits on ebay, like glow sticks/bracelets, willy straws, scratchcards, and scavenger hunts. The scavenger hunts would be really easy to make yourself, and write tasks and things on for the hens to do. They were a big hit and each task had points on, although by the end of it we were too drunk to add it all up! I also put chuppa chups and can of pre mixed spirit and mixer in each bag.MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0

Thanks all! Just to clarify - it's my own hen do, I'm the bride! I want to make pretty thank you gifts, rather than typical hen party stuff - all of that I am leaving up to my BM!

You could make some mini photo albums for each person. Little pyramid books are great for this as they only use one sheet of paper and you could decorate them as you wanted. Another option would be an exploding box. This uses 4/5 sheets of paper and forms a box where the edges fall out when you open it. You could pop pictures or quotes on the edges and then add a little gift inside it. I'm not very good at describing them but if you look here you'll see what I mean

They are much easier than they look.
