RBS Mortgage balance tip

Hello everyone
I am forever having to call to obtain a mortgage balance from RBS.
This was until i looked at their online deal switiching facility. If you login with you mortgage account number, DOB, direct debit account number then you will be taken to a screen that details your mortgage balance, remaining term etc...
At that point i just logged back out!
You may all know this already but i feel enlightened and wanted to share this as it saves time on the phone and time is money people!
