I am sorry that you have experienced problems accessing the Waitrose.com site.
I can confirm that this was due to a temporary technical error with the site. I am pleased to advise that this problem has now been resolved and the site is running as normal.

Yeah I just got this today too. I emailed them yesterday and they sent a message back to say it was working but when i tried again it was still not working in IE or Chrome, but emailed them back and today it is up and running ok and they have emailed me the same message.. Thanks and good luck everyone!
