Employer Trying to not give me a P45

OP, I would repost this on the Cutting Tax board (unless Sue can move it there) as there are people who post almost entirely on that board who will be able to give good advice. To be honest this sounds a bit of a mess which could come back to bite you, so while getting away from this employer is a good move you really need to get your situation sorted out. You will probably be asked more questions requesting specific details so please do your best to give them and don't withold things, it's easier to work out what's happeded with too much information than with too little.
