Well I've eaten far too much chocolate today, and done far too few Ebay listings.

    But tomorrow is another day.

(I do foresee it going somewhat similarly to today though to be honest :o

But the day after that is another day...) :rotfl:

Forgot I had a £10 voucher from Consumer Pulse through yesterday actually, so I do have that to add. Feel a teensy bit better but still slowwww this month.
Going to get some more Ebay listings done tomorrow no matter what. We are at home most of the day, OH is off work for the bank holiday so at least if the kids are being demanding he can deal with them while I get on. And if they are not being demanding then I will make sure I put OH to work as well doing Ebay listings.
Might have to turn it into a competition - who can do most listings etc, or maybe even who can make most money this time next week when things sell.
Have you noticed that we're a bit competitive with each other??!!?? If it gets results though then it's worth getting competitive over. And it's a bit of fun too. (Until he starts trying to sell things that I want to keep :( )

That's funny. It's the other way round at ours. I try to ebay things that Mr Stick is still using :rotfl:It's a ploy to get him to put things away :D

£5 Amazing voucher ordered from Swag$$ That's my second one and it only took my just under 3 weeks to get this one, as opposed to about 3 months for the first one. :T
Got lots of stuff on fleabay, including some stamp presentation packs that I bought years ago. There's a bidding war going on over one of them because it has an extra postcard advert in it! Whatever rocks their boat if it floats my finances :D

Morning everyone & Happy Easter (plus a day!!). Hope you have all had a productive weekend. :)

I have been well and truely AWOL for the past 4 weeks. Just had an awful lot on with work, study, house, kids, friends, family etc and could not dedicate the time to the challenge and hardly got on MSE!

I have not even worked out my March total yet ( I have a little more to add but will not have met my target :(). Better than nothing though.

So, can I sneak in the backdoor and join April's challenge? Planning to start back into it with a vengeance and attack Ebay listings today. Will everyone please kick me up the derriere as I HAVE to get on with it. Those daily little steps towards achieving target really do make a difference and keep me focused. Need to get back to the £10 a day mentality rather than think how can I raise £300.

Right......step 1 for the day is get washed and dressed ......can't believe how late it is and I am still in my PJ's!!! :rotfl:
  • Hi everyone,

Right have decided to do this officially this month after all.

Monkeynut, any chance you could give me a number please and put me down for £5 a day?

    Many thanks :)

Just ordered my first $10 paypal from sbs! I am normally quite slow with them but seeing everyone else doing the spring challenge is pushing me on a bit. Got 4 items finishing on ebay later, really should list some more as I am not at the bottom of cupboard that I started clearing!! Also decided to join Mccains and have 320 points so far. Must go into my M*xim*les account as not done that for a while.
    Next- £486.25 Barclaycard £600

Spent all day on flea bay!!! Got 26 items selling so hopefully will get some of it sold! Used the tip on here of scheduling into the future and then editing later - Thanks forgot who said it... So got everything ending between 7pm and now. Even tho I started listing at about noon:o. Must get a life - at least the sun wasn't shining:p

Forgot that I've been paid for mystery shops so need to add £13.59 - I'm off:D

ETA - gonna add my profits from last weeks e-bay even though I've got one more parcel to post - that's £26.08 total so far.

    Keep going everyone x

  • Back from Paris - had a lovely time! Was pretty expensive but tried to be careful where we could. Managed to get loads done and saw all the sights :D

Was really good to get away as things are carp at work at the moment so time away to clear the head was fab - only problem is going back tomorrow, boooooooooooooo.

Nothing to add from being away, just a 30p voucher used when we got some food in from the shops.

Caught up on the thread so far, hope you all had a lovely Easter, I gave up chocolate for lent so my mini eggs and thorntons egg have tasted gooooooooooooooooooood!!
