I think the numbers you need will be the last three digits at the bottom of your receipt just above where it says "Thank you for shopping at Morrisons"
If your receipt is like mine then there should be a date of purchase, time of purchase and then four blocks of digits which I assume is the receipt number. I used the last three digits from the last block like this....
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS ***** *** **** ****
