Participation Process

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), Isle of Man and Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Participants must be 12 years or over. Participants under 16 years will require parental consent to enter.
3. All valid entry codes received between 1st March 2012 and 1st April 2012 inclusive will be entered into a free prize draw on the 2nd April 2012 with the chance to win 1 x Samsung 19” TV. This code will remain valid for a single entry into the main promotion. Texts will be charged at standard network rates, typically 10p – 12p if within GB. You will be sent a free reminder via SMS on 2nd April 2012.
4. The main promotion runs from 2nd April 2012 until 10th June 2012. The prize fund consists of 500 x Blackberry smart phones; 1,500 x Skullcandy Lowrider headphones; 100 x Microsoft Xbox 360 + Kinect; 100 x Samsung 19” TV; 400,000 x Dr Pepper branded pants (4 designs to collect) and 1,000 massive Dr Pepper branded pants distributed randomly.
5. All valid entry codes received between 11th June 2012 and 19th August 2012 inclusive will be entered into a bonus draw on 20th August 2012 with the chance to win 1 x Samsung 19” TV.
6. Prizes and pants will be assigned to randomly selected moments throughout the promotion. All moments have been randomly selected and verified by an independent party and remain undisclosed to any person able to enter the promotion. If no one valid entry is received during a ‘winning’ moment, the prize allocated to that moment will not be awarded. In the instance that more than one valid entry is received within a ‘winning’ moment only the first entry received will be awarded the prize.
7. Participation in the promotion is via SMS, using the unique 9-digit entry codes found on promotional ‘Dr Pepper’ 330ml, Dr Pepper and ‘Dr Pepper Zero’ 500ml, 2l and 6 x 330ml multipacks. Also on 8 x 330ml Dr Pepper multipacks.
8. Entry codes are either found under the ring pull of 330ml single packs; printed on the reverse of the label on 500ml and 2l bottles; or on the card insert in multipacks. Please note there is only one entry code per multipack.
9. No cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part, except, in the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

14. All participants into the promotion will receive a message via SMS to confirm that their entry code has been successfully received and informing them whether they have won or not. Winners will receive a SMS with a 10-digit claim code and instructions to go to http://www.drpepper.co.uk/pantsorprizes to claim their pants or prize. Consumers will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS and should receive this confirmation SMS within 5 minutes. From time to time, this may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond the Promoter’s control.
15. Winners must claim their pants or prize by inputting the mobile number used to participate in the promotion, valid address details and claim code within 28 days of receipt of the confirmation SMS. All prizes and pants will be dispatched to consumers within 28 days of submitting the on-line form. If there is any likelihood of delay you will be notified. Please retain your codes as you may be required to produce them. Any claim for a prize not received within 28 days will be forfeited.
16. The promoter will monitor the promotion and has the right to disqualify or withhold prizes from those individuals undermining the promotion through fraudulent entries or trying to set up multiple accounts.

    5. Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion or download of the software in the promotion.
    6. The content of the software if, for any reason, the promotion or website is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
