1. The prize provider is Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort & Spa, PO Box 2036 Noonu Atoll, 2036, Maldives and Element London Ltd, 5 Crombie Mews, Abercrombie Street, London, SW11 2JB. The prize includes the following:

a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to the Maldives;
b) Seaplane transfers from Male;
c) Seven nights' accommodation in a King Beach Villa based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room subject to availability;
d) Full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the entire stay;
e) Two 60 minute spa treatments (selected from spa menu);
f) Half day boat excursion (subject to availability); and
g) Travel insurance for the winner and their companion.

2. Six weeks' notice must be given by the winner in advance of their selected travel dates and travel must be completed by 31st August 2013. The prize is subject to hotel availability and cannot be taken between the following dates: 20th December 2012 to 6th January 2013, 24th March 2013 to 8th April 2013 inclusive and over any UK public holidays.

3. Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

4. The prize is subject to availability and excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

5. Where the winner is under 18years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes which will be applied to any incidental charges incurred such as laundry, in room movies, etc.
