• Competition runs from May 1st, 2012 and closes at 11:59pm on August 26th, 2012. Any entries received outside the competition period (for whatever reason) will be invalid and you may still be charged for the entry.
• Texts cost £1 each, plus your standard network message charge.
• The competition is open to all residents of the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Proof of identity and eligibility may be requested from the successful winning entrant.
• All supporters must obtain permission from the bill payer before sending a SMS text message. Please ensure that you do not send more texts than you can afford.
• The winner will be the first randomly selected from eligible entries drawn by an independent person and notified after the close of the competition.
• Roland UK, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and / or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for: (i) any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one winner will be selected.
• This is a not for profit competition with all proceeds after costs going to the Three Men on a Bike charity fundraising page http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/roland3moab to be split between Children in Need (registered charity number 802052) and Music for All (registered charity number 1055371).
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Roland UK reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond their control or to offer an alternative of similar value. The winner will be announced on the 27th August and the prize will be sent to the winning entrant on or before the 10th September 2012.
