The prize provider is Element London Ltd and the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, the prize comprises:

Six weeks’ notice must be given by the winner in advance of their selected travel dates and travel must be completed by 31st April 2013. The prize cannot be taken between 19th December 2012 to 10th January 2013 inclusive and any other Bank or Public Holidays.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
