Plastic 'little tykes'-type playhouse

Has anyone seen any cheaper than £50 for a very basic box type at Toys are us? The proper 'cottage' by little tykes is about £150.

Thanks for that. To be honest I had thought about ebay, but wasn't sure about how it would be couriered. I had not realised that there might be some brand new in boxes. Thank you very much!
