Hi
Not sure if this is the right place but here goes ....
I am a bit of a pepsi max freak
I only ever buy pepsi max and i dont really like the taste of diet coke .... well i went to morrisons yesterday to get some and the shelf was bare:eek: so i noticed that morrisons do there own version called cola xtra hubbie pushed me into trying it, and guess what, its not half bad
Its 2 for £1 and it does taste like pepsi max
I normally drink at least 2 ltrs a day so this is a massive saving !
I am also going to just fill up my smaller pepsi bottle for on the way to work as it £1.70 for 2 in boots
Just thought i would share for any other pepsi fans out there
Lisa

2 ltrs a day  that's some pop to get through! Thanks for the tip though OH is a pop snob! Has to be Pepsi max or diet coke, so I will get him to give it a try (without him knowing!). Personally don't like any fizzy drinks and don't allow kids to have any, mean mum I amIf my posts have random wrong words, please blame the damn autocorrect not me0 -
Someone told me that Aspertine is used as alternative sweetners in such drinks and I have not touched the stuff since then.

Yes but Aspertine is in many foods, ready meals, yogurts, frozen desserts, sweets, even some crisps and bread products!- not just the sugar free/diet or low sugar stuff. Its a highly used chemical and there are many many others. Its up to you if you want to avoid them and not so easy to do so for many and especially those with larger families, long hours at work in busy no-garden/allotment homes or who rely on supermarket staples.0 -
