Do HM Courts office contact my employer?

Hi All,
I have an outstanding fine with the courts. I have been unemployed for last 6 months and have been on ESA benefit. My fine was taken at 5 pound a week directly out of benefit. I rang fines office and told them i have just started a new job. They said they will send me a Statement Of Means Form so they know my income and outgoings. Here is the question.
On form it asks for employee pay roll number and telephone number and company address etc. Will the fines office ring my employer?
Or do they just calculate as standard procedure of what you have wrote down and work it out?
thanks in advance
