95% LTV Mortgages-NOT Newbuy Scheme

Options
Hi,

I probably already know the answer to this but does anyone know of any lenders that are offering 95% LTV (not the Newbuy Scheme)?

My Husband and I earn over £70k a year we have a mortgage (with Halifax) on our current property but want to get a bigger house but can't save enough money to get the 10% deposit with all the other costs without waiting for approx 2 yrs.

Thanks :(

There are a few building societies who do 95% and Nationwide do a save to buy scheme..

There is also a 100% mortgage, although many of the 95% mortgages need very high credit scores and unfortunately low income multiples.

You may be eligible mind you...
