Starting Work Programme Advice Needed

Hello,
Hope someone can give definitive answer, sure someone can.
Starting on the Work Programme in the next week or two (unless a miracle job offer occurs) and need some advice.
1) When you go to the Job Centre for the last time before transferring to the Work Programme are you legally obliged to sign the form which amends your JSA agreement? Can you just say am happy with my present agreement, would there be any consequences if you didn't sign it?
2) In your first day on the Work Programme, can you refuse to sign the waiver for the Data Protection Act (don't give consent)? If I don't sign what are the consequences?
3) Do I need to hand over a hard copy or electronic copy of my CV?
4) What is the situation regarding Action Plans etc, do you have to sign these also?
Sorry for all the questions, but this government don't exactly advertise your rights regarding going onto the Work Programme.
Personal note, what more do they want me to do. I send off a good amount of job applications each day, am training myself up in new IT applications to maintain/enhance skill set and keep amending my CV to make it look fresh.
Anyway am outta here.
Good luck to anybody else who has the same concerns.
