NDR Headache

Hi All

I got into debt with some payday loans, yes stupid and I should know better but I have now faced up to it and have entered a DMP with CCCS (who by the way are great).

However NDR has refused the offer put to them by CCCS and are now sending me numorous texts, phone calls and emails regarding the debt which was £700 yesterday and today has now become £940. It orginally was £408.

Anyway I have sent them a standard letter asking them to only coorspond via letter this has been recieved (I sent via recorded delivery) but they are ignoring this, I have also tried to resend the letter on their online contact form however it rejects it as the word harrassment is in the body of the text

Any help on the next steps would be appriciated.

Regards
A Neary

How long ago did you send the template letter?

If they are still calling (after having had time to receive your letter and 'process' your request) then make a complaint to the OFT and to ofcom.
A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give
or "It costs nowt to be nice"
  • They received the letter on 13th March and the letter from CCCS on or around 20th March.

Sorry how do I report it to OFT and/or Ofcom?
