APLH and bankruptcy

My partner is going through bankruptcy at the moment but for work she is an assistant bar manager. She is currently applying for her personal license but is worried that bankruptcy may effect this. Does anyone know where she stands?

There are two types of licence a personal one to authorise the sale alchol and a premses licence which is for the building you wish to sell alcohol from
I need the answer to the same question as I have debts and i am a APlH holder and if I do go for a dro or a bankruptcy would that effect my licence0
