Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some help and advice on commercial properties.
I've found a pub for sale at £375k and have it confirmed we could get it for £325k. Have no interest in the pub but to change it back into residential house.
We know all the other pubs in the area have been granted the permission.
Looking to run it as a pub for about 18 months before seeking permission.
My partner has run this pub before so not worried about the pub side of things.
Any idea's on how to get financial advise on commercial mortgages and also what is it based on (wage wise).
