Hi
recently tried to upgrade my PAYG tesco mobile to monthly contract, with my dd card; system asked for credit check, Guy phoned 'who ever' and I was refused.
Tried to get my £2 online credit report from them - but told me I didn't match my current given address - with no alternative option( although did manage to accept my card details with said address!), to complete the form.
We are on the Electoral roll, bank account registered (with no bad credit or risk against me now or at anytime in the past according to them) Telephone/internet account in my name (again with no problems) etc. etc
I've tried emailing them, phone number only rings engaged & have sent a letter to their Bradford address - all totally ignored - how am I supposed to solve this? any help would be appreciated
thanks
