Has anyone had any problems with a secured loan issued by this company, thanks in advance for any helpful answers

I have been looking at my agreement, it seem the actual loan was issued by GE money, in the small print it says, if i settle the loan early, i will be charged £708 for every £1000 borrowed, can this be right? the loan was for £12000 taken out 5 years ago0
