I've been reading these boards for some time and I learned a lot about priority debts and things like that, some years ago I got court summons for council tax (twice!) and all the electric bills were red as I never used to pay them on time but I kept paying the credit cards. List then in this way
Name/Type e.g.MINT CC
When taken out e.g 1999
Balanance e.g 2000
Date last paid
Status e.g arrangement/dmp/ccj/default
Who is chasing you for it e.g.Moorcroft.
