Which washer dryer? Dishwasher? Fridge Freezer?

Options
Hi,

we are hopefully moving into our new home in a couple of weeks and need all the appliances as we are renting currently and all is provided.

I want to get a washer dryer (there is no space for both and it is not possible to stack one on each other or to put the dryer anywhere else). I looked at Hotpoint WD860. It looks good and can wash and dry full load (5kg). I know it is not as economical as separate machines, but when you need to dry stuff, it is useful. I have washer dryer currently and it is good when you run out of drying space at home ;)

The next is dishwasher - there is a space for slimline dishwasher. I looked at Bosch SRS55L22GB. They are a bit more expensive, but I heard good reviews about them. Also looked at Hotpoint SDW80, which is quite cheaper. Can anyone share their experience with the dishwashers?

For fridge freezer I need 60cm combination and would like to get as high as possible, as the space above it really lost. Looked at Hotpoint FF200 series. Love FF200T, but it is very expensive. Would like it to be frost free (as there are), but then found Whirpool ARC5571, which looks to have highest capacity, but it is not frost free and doesn't have separate temperature controls for fridge and freezer. What other brands/model would you suggest?

I would like to come under £1000 for all three items, and they seem to be quite expensive. Any advice, please?

    Probably a bit late but.... Don't get a WD860!

We bought one when it first came out (and no reviews), it's a dog.

Now the 'net is full of reviews pointing out the various flaws in its original design (such as a filter which blocked up and was removed, a display that burns itself out and bearings that can't cope).

We've had a new glass door as the old one cracked, a new display, new filter system, new block of concrete at the bottom as the old one broke off, new parts to get the drier working again (twice).

It's about two years old now, we're coming to the end of the extended warranty. The engineer came last week to fix the concrete but left it still not heating, he's been back today to fix that but it sounds like the drum's about to drop off now. :rolleyes2

Hotpoint / Indicit (whatever they are called) denied there are any problems with it and invite me to spend £70 again for another year of engineer's callouts.

Nope, I told them I would spread the word of their machine's defects, wait a week or two for it to go wrong and then replace it with a machine from another company (which they confirmed was my right to do so).

We've got a Hotpoint dishwasher and cooker/hob too, won't be replacing them with Hotpoint items either.
