CC debt gone by Friday

I can't wait until Friday. I get a bonus and with a small top-up I intend to whack it of my outstanding Credit Card debt just as the 0% period ends. I was tempted to get another 0% deal but have resisted the temptation and will clear this debt.

As a treat just booked up for 9 days on the Algarve. This will be paid out my next salary which will include some back pay.

Also that will be me Debt Free, with just a small mortgage to tackle this year. I can immediately start £500/month overpayment. :D

Good luck on your debt free journey.:T

Yay! Just done the very same thing and also popped a nice letter in the post asking them to close my account.

Felt good but sad to see the bonus gone - wished it could have gone on something more exciting! Nevermind onwards and upwards!

    Enjoy your hols!

Yea, I though about treating myself to something nice, perhaps a change of car. However, I want to get debt free and mortgage free before any other purchases.

The holiday will do me for now. Can't wait.
