hiring a hot tub - any experiences?

I'm organising a hen party and want to hire a hot tub for the weekend to put in the back garden. If anyone has any experience of doing this or can recommend any companies that will travel to Cambridge (East Anglia) I'd be very grateful.
Also, is it possible to hire a sauna for a weekend or is that a step too far? :rotfl:

Hot tub is possible! I am having one for my hen do!
Can't give any recommendations though, we are as south as you can get without hitting the Ilse of Wight! :rotfl:
We are paying £235 for Thurs-Monday (needs a day to heat up remember). We did look at a spa-in-a-box but it doesn't have seats, u just sit on the floor, n it seemed a bit flimsy, so got a proper one coming local!the spa in a box was cheaper though, about £150.
Have no idea about the sauna I'm afraid!
Just try googling, loads of companies came up when I did it, a lot were north though.:T0 -
Blimey we bought an Mspa similar to spa in a box for £250 and it's brilliant. Says it's suitable for 4 people. I think most of the hire ones are like the spa in a box. Although you do sit on the floor in them they're still very comfortable. If you're spending anything like that sort of money I would seriously think about buying the Mspa instead. That way you and hubby get to enjoy it too!0

Thanks for the suggestion. Where did you buy your mspa as all the ones I've found via google are over £400?“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

We bought off eBay. The ones on there now blue sea or silver cloud are identical. It's lovely. Heats up to 40 degrees, I often prefer it without the bubbles as so peaceful and warm t's very relaxing!0

We did this for my hen do a couple of years ago.
Can't offer suggestions on companies as we are in West Yorkshire and got a local company, but it was great!
It cost us about £200 for Thursday to Monday and we got a proper hard sided hot tub with seats and steps which held 8 of us comfortably, and 10 of us at a squeeze! It was great as what we got was more like a traditional hot tub rather than one of those inflatable ones!
In our area you could hire the inflatable ones for around £100 for the same length of time, but we wanted a bigger, hard sided one.
Had a fab hen do drinking champagne in a hot tub in my own back garden! and me and hubby enjoyed it on the other days too.. now i want to buy one!Now a married lady and loving it! Now..to clear that pesky mortgage! :beer:0 -
