Need Some Advice

I didn't know where to put this. But I have put it in here, if it needs moving feel free to move it.
I have been signing on for 12 weeks now, I work via agencies and i am studying part time.
When I went to a meeting with an "adviser" about 2 or 3 weeks ago, she was rude to me and spoke to me like a child, and accused me of sitting at home all week doing nothing. I put in a complaint about her, which 5 minutes later she was reading...
This week I get told that I have an appointment with her next week, she has put a note on my account saying that she must see me and no one else.
I always thought if you put a complaint in about someone you didnt have to see them. Now im scared that she is just going to be mean to me all over again.
I just don't know what to do, go and see her, if she is rude again complain, or phone the job centre and tell them im worried about seeing her again as i had made a complaint about her?

If i had made a complaint against the person, i would refuse to speak with her.
The other option is to tell her at the beginning of your next meeting that you will be recording the conversation due to what has happened previously.0 -
If she says " you have been sitting at home all week doing nothing " ask her how does she know or tell her hat you have been doing.0

She was insinuating that all unemployed people stay at home doing nothing but watch tv all week., Well I dont I have a house and pets to look at. I watch tv and use my laptop to find work.
She really shouldn't tar people with the same brush.
I am pretty sure she thinks I want to be down there once a fortnight and that I have never worked.
I phone the agency 5 times a week, pretty sure they are fed up with my calls now lol0
