Microsoft pc help scam beware 'Global PC Helpline'

I had a call from this lot yesterday. Phone no they gave me was 0208 144 0809. Unfortunately I hung up on them too soon!
This a request, but ONLY for people confident enough to know EXACTLY when to stop doing what these scammers ask.
For most people the best thing to do is put the phone down straight away.
But only if you are absolutely sure, play them along and say you're doing what they ask (you don't have to do it, just say you are. To be really safe, unplug your modem from the phone line)
These scammers ask you to go a legitimate site, https://www.support.me which redirects to LogMeIn.
The scammers will give you a 6 digit PIN code and ask you to input it then click Download. Make a note of the number BUT DO NOT INPUT IT. DO NOT CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON. If you do, you are giving scammers remote control of your computer.
Just hang up at this point.
Then click on the "Report Abuse" button, and give LogMeIn the scammers PIN code, and details of how they tried to scam you, so LogMeIn can investigate and block the scammers from using their site.
