PPI available for 'Fixed Term' contract available?

Think I already know the aanswer to this one but my contract with my employer is renewed every 3 months as we are currently project managing a company 'in administration' and I was specifically taken on to assist in its project management
However we realistically don't know when the project will end -is there any PPI (or other) product available that will assist with my mortgage payments once this project does wrap up?
