Noddle Credit Rating 1/5!?

I wouldn't have thought you can pay attention to their ratings.
Last month I was 3/5, this month I've dropped to 2/5. All that's changed is the fact that I've closed a bank account I wasn't using. I'm registered on the electoral role but that's not registering for some reason and I have no proof of it to give them.
I can't work out how it works but then some of my debt doesn't show on there anyway e.g. Finance of the car, so I don't take too much notice.0 -
im also getting 1/5
5 active accounts 3 old settled accounts, everything green for the full duration of the accounts.
present on electoral register for 4yrs at current address, no ccj, no defaults.
so doesn't seem very helpful, even as a simple guide it's a load of rubbish.0 -
me too.. just trawled through all my accounts all in Green with one late payment from June last yr - which is so annoying because it was a delivery fee (£4) for something i returned - completely my fault but didn't realise a fee was involved & missed it because i didn't use the account for anything else.
So my report is damaged for a !!!!!!!g £4 charge!!

You do also need to take into account the proportion of credit to income you have. You're record might be perfect, all debts paid on time etc etc, but if you have available credit (even cards you don't use) this can have an impact on the likelihood of obtaining further credit.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I tried to register with Noddle recently but it wouldn't accept my Maestro debit card for id purposes - only Visa and Mastercard. I'm not interested in my credit score (trashed!) - just how many and when defaults were added.DeeBee0

My score is 3/5 always has been, I have closed about 4 old credit cards down paid 2 off and closed 2 with no balance. Expected my score to go up but nothing I am green all the way. The only thing I can think of is a Financial connection to the wife.0

My Noddle has been 1/5 very poor since I first had it. My Experian was low too a year ago but I have settled lots of stuff since and my Experian rating is now 925 Good. All the info is the same on both so pretty annoying really!
Noddle is also really slow to update but then I suppose it is free.0 -
Noddle is actually the quickest. They removed defaults 2 weeks before their 6th anniversary on my file.0
