If i have to pay tax because im self employed which is what i plan to do, then i technically shouldnt be on the work programme.
So if i tell my advisor that im planning on becoming self employed then would i just have to sign off?
Also if for some reason i decide it doesnt work out and im not getting enough money coming in, would i still be able to re apply to jobseekers allowance, lets say after 4-8 months?

If you're self employed you can't claim JSA if you do 16hrs or more regardless of how little money you have coming in.0
