HI :j

Me an and my hubby are in our final year of our ptd. However our IP is requesting £1000 not to come after the equity in our property - £1000 we dont have. To be honest i dont see the point of paying it as we were in negative equity when we started the PTD and I dont see the property market having recovered enough to warrant paying more money we dont have but as I dont really understand wot the process would be if we didnt pay im unsure wot course to take.

Can anyone advise please as I am starting to worry about how we would pay for it if we had too. Thanx in advance xxx
