Hi! I recently went bankrupt in January, When i was bankrupt i was renting a flat on my own with my little boy. Since then i have had my interview and forms done with my OR and now my circumstances has changed. I have recently moved into a house with my boyfriend. Because of this i need to fill out another SOA. Can someone please help me to see if these figures are ok and within "allowances" given by the OR...

New circumstances:
2 adults, 1 child, 4 bedroom house (Boyf works from home)

INCOME
My usual take home pay - 1123.00
Amount that partner contributes towards household expenses: 850.00 (Half rent and bills)
Child benefit: 82.00
= £2055.00

OUTGOINGS
Rent: 900
Council Tax: 135
Heating and lighting: 160 (Gas/Elec)
Water: 40
Telephone: 90 (Mobile 40, Home phone and wireless for home working 50)
Housekeeping: 400 (Fam of 3 inc food and toiletries etc)
Essential travel expenses: Petrol: 200 (ok'd by OR)
Car insurance: 73, Car Tax pm 18, Car maintenance: 30.
Clothing: 40
Haircuts: 20
Work meals: 16 (Ok'd by OR)
Contents insurance: 18
School meals and trips: 22
Dry cleaning: 10
TV Licence: 12
Dentist and prescriptions: 15
Life assurance: 8

TOTAL OUTGOINGS: £2207.00

So basically they take income minus outgoings which equal: Minus -£152...

Are these amounts ok? Please can someone advise.

Obviosuly i havnt put down my boyf expenses as he has his own debts and is not part of the bankruptcy... I hope i have the right end of the stick!

Please help :-)

The OR will question why you need a four bedroomed property and might only give you the allowance for a two bedroomed one.
